Agreement to Terms

By using our towing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We're here to help you when your vehicle needs assistance, and these terms help us provide the best service possible.

Our Services

MoveMove Mount Prospect Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, and related vehicle services. We operate 24/7 throughout Mount Prospect, IL and surrounding areas. When you call us, we'll dispatch a trained professional to your location as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse service if your vehicle poses safety concerns, if payment cannot be arranged, or if the situation violates local laws. Your safety and the safety of our team is always our top priority.

Payment and Fees

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You're responsible for all charges related to the services you request. If you're using insurance coverage, you'll need to provide your policy information before we begin.

Our pricing is based on factors like distance, vehicle type, time of day, and the specific services needed. We'll give you an estimate before starting work. Additional fees may apply if we encounter unexpected complications or if your vehicle requires special equipment.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your location and vehicle condition
• Be present or arrange for someone to be present when we arrive
• Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing
• Provide proof of ownership or authorization to have the vehicle towed
• Pay for services as agreed

We're not responsible for items left in your vehicle. Please take everything you need before we load your car onto the truck.

Liability and Insurance

We carry comprehensive insurance and take every precaution to protect your vehicle during transport. While we handle your car with care, towing involves some inherent risks. We're liable for damage caused by our negligence, but we're not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that occur due to your vehicle's condition.

You should report any damage within 24 hours of service. We'll work with you and our insurance company to resolve legitimate claims fairly and quickly.

Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible. If our driver is already on the way to your location, a cancellation fee may apply. We understand that situations change, and we'll work with you to be fair about fees.

Storage Fees

If we tow your vehicle to our facility and you don't pick it up right away, storage fees will apply after the first 24 hours. We'll let you know about these fees upfront. You're responsible for retrieving your vehicle within a reasonable time.

Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois. If we have a disagreement, we'll try to work it out directly with you first. If needed, any legal proceedings will take place in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you accept the new terms.
